Get organised, set a goal, monitor yourself and go for it. It is very easy to wander through life aimlessly. We are not advocating a life that is lived so fast that you have no time to ‘stop and smell the roses’. This is more about making the most of your time here. It is a finite time and when you return again to our world you will want to look back and see that you made the most of your experience. Are you doing that? Are you doing it right now? Are you aware of your environment and what is going on around you?

Rather than ‘stopping to smell the roses’ it’s time to ‘WAKE UP and smell the roses’. So many humans sleepwalk their way through their lives and miss so much of what is going on around them. Don’t be one of those people, practise deliberate intention and make the most of your time.
