There are churches or schools of thought. We must school our minds to express only thoughts of love. This seems a tall order when we often feel angry or many other emotions. However, if we take the time to touch our heart’s centre we can feel the love that is deep within us. Touching this brings it forth and we can use this to colour whatever situation we find ourselves in. We must teach ourselves to operate from love. To govern every action through love.

Sound difficult? In reality it is not, it is just that we are not used to operating in this way. The easiest way to put this into action is when we feel a negative emotion; to stop for a moment, centre ourselves and feel within for love. If this is hard then think ‘what would love do now?’. This will then bring forward the highest feeling you are capable of at that moment. This is all a matter of practise. Keep practising this and it will become easier to touch that well-spring of love that resides in ALL of us. Some appear not to possess loving or ‘soft’ feelings, it is just that they have armoured their hearts against feeling. It is often that they are the most sensitive people who can hardly bear to feel emotion. Often they have suffered great hurt in childhood and have determined never to feel such pain again. Sadly they are missing out on the capacity to feel love. Show them your love and perhaps one day you find a chink in their armour.
